How the service works
Initial consultation and case plan
We begin with a thorough review of your circumstances — your timeline, financial position, family situation and any factors that may affect your application. Your dedicated consultant then prepares a personal case plan covering every step from document gathering through to submission.
Documents, legalisation and translations
We identify every document required for your specific application and manage the entire process — obtaining, legalising and translating each one. ACRO police certificates, medical certificates, birth and marriage certificates, financial evidence and all supporting paperwork are handled for you.
Application preparation and review
Your complete application is assembled, checked and quality-reviewed by your consultant before submission. Every form is completed correctly, every document is in order, and your financial evidence is presented in the way consulates expect to see it.
BLS appointment and submission
We book your BLS appointment and prepare you for what to expect on the day. Your application pack is ready to hand over — everything in the right order, correctly presented.
Post-submission and beyond
We remain on hand after submission. If the consulate raises a query, requests further information or something does not go to plan, we handle it. Post-arrival support is also included to help you get established once you reach Spain.
